Unroasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Single Origin Coffee at its best. Citrus and Spice is the best way to describe this particularly bright coffee. It is hard to fault one of Ethiopia's Finest, perfect as a single origin espresso.

Clean Citrus characteristics, balanced with delicate floral finish round out this superb Ethiopian coffee.

An African coffee of significant quality. Complex and balanced, offering High acidity, medium body and fruity sweetness. The perfect single origin.

Unroasted Sumatran Kuda Mas
Long regarded as one of the finest Arabica coffees from Sumatra. Although uneven in it unroasted appearance, the results speak for themselves. Exhibiting Medium body, low acidity and chocolate like aroma this coffee is perfect for plunger or espresso preparation, and comes through milk great too.
